The 22nd BIPAF NextGen LAB “Master Class Workshop” will be led by Takahiro Fujita, the written and director of the Japanese theater company MUM & GYPSY.
Takahiro Fujita, who continues to expand the global reach of contemporary Japanese theatre, offers participants a uniquely creative experience through his workshop.
The interviews and discussion sessions that take place during the process play a vital role in encouraging participants to reflect on themselves and view their experiences as a new starting point.
Participants explore how everyday moments from their own lives can be transformed into theatrical language. This process goes beyond simply creating a performance—it offers artists an opportunity to discover new themes and perspectives, ultimately expanding their approach to theatrical expression beyond conventional boundaries.
